Misreading the data to tell the story in your head

This book is going to give a lot of liberals “good feels” because it validates their current prejudices about white grievance. Yet, the facts don’t back it up and Harper does an excellent job of explaining in detail why not. Unfortunately, I see the authors probably getting defensive and shifting to the center, and posting claims of cancellation. Any corrections or rebuttals to their argument will be drowned out and forgotten. I look forward to not seeing the film version of this book starring Glenn Close in all the roles.
